DESCRIPTION

M23 series single splice tape is used for jointing carrier tapes in the SMT process. It is made of 4

splice tapes, release paper and PET material with superior adhesion. This splice tape is made by our

produced glue.

APPLICATION	ADVANTAGES

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use the splice cutting tool to accurately cut the carrier tapes.

2. Remove the release liner of the splice tape to reveal the adhesive side.

3. Align the cut carrier tapes (cover tape down) with the splice guide placement

4. Fold over the other strip to the underside of the carrier tape and press firmly

5. Remove the guide placement from joined carrier tapes

6. Remove and discard the clear plastic cover to complete the splice
