DESCRIPTION

M06 series SMT splice tape roll for Siemens feeders 8mm/12mm/16mm/24mm, SMT single splice

tape for siemens machine. M06 series single splice tape is used for jointing carrier tapes in the SMT

process. It is made of one tapes and release paper with superior adhesion.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use the cutting tool (MTL20/MTL30/MTL40) to accurately cut the carrier tapes.

2. Place a splice clip (teeth up) on the splice tool(MTL00/MTL10/MTL50)’s placement pins.

3.Center both carrier tapes (cover tape up) on the pins, and secure with the clamps.

4. Crimp the tool handle to connect the carrier tapes.

5. Remove the release liner of the splice tape to reveal the adhesive side.

6. Add a single strip to the cover tape and press firmly to complete the splice.
